

NPTEL-IITM Continues to Repose Trust in YS College for National BS Examination Duty

Continuing its remarkable journey of academic excellence and national recognition, YS College, proudly acknowledged as the “Most Emerging Best Institution of the Year,” added yet another significant achievement to its growing list of accomplishments. On May 10, the institution once again demonstrated its academic credibility and administrative excellence when its Principal was entrusted with important examination responsibilities during the BS Examination conducted at CT University.
This responsibility was assigned by the NPTEL team operating under the academic leadership of Indian Institute of Technology Madras. The continued trust shown by NPTEL-IITM officials in YS College reflects the institution’s commitment to maintaining high standards of academic policy, transparency, and professional conduct in national-level examinations. Such responsibilities are entrusted only to institutions and academic leaders known for discipline, efficiency, and reliability, further strengthening YS College’s reputation on the national platform.
The role of Institutional Representative (IR) and supervisory duty was successfully carried out by the Principal of YS College, Dr. Gurpal Singh Rana. Under his dynamic leadership, the college has consistently expanded its academic outreach beyond campus boundaries by actively contributing to national educational initiatives. Dr. Rana ensured smooth coordination, strict adherence to examination protocols, and flawless execution of responsibilities, thereby upholding the confidence placed in him by NPTEL-IITM authorities. His participation reflected not only personal achievement but also institutional excellence and professional reliability.
Director of YS College, Varun Bharti, expressed immense pride over the continued recognition received from national organizations. He stated that such opportunities strengthen institutional credibility and open new avenues for students and faculty members at the national level. He further emphasized that YS College remains committed to academic innovation, quality assurance, and participation in prestigious educational collaborations that empower the learning ecosystem.
Principal V. P.
